Hope you haven't done anything important in the last hour. If you can push up your magic find by around 350, the drop rates increase drastically, with there being a 1:753 drop chance. The base item for Harlequin Crest in Diablo 2 was a 'Shako' so if a unique Shako dropped, you knew it was Harlequin Crest, which is much more to type. Inb4 Blizzard bans anyone that has one drop in the next few hours for exploiting. The unique shako was and is called harlequin crest and has been in the series since diablo 1 but since d2 for some reason it has been known by its base item name.
